Sonny Chung is the founder of and a licensed commercial real estate professional based in Dallas, Texas. His work focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, and connecting qualified CRE sponsors with capital relationships across Texas and select growth markets.
Over his career, Sonny has worked alongside sponsors, developers, lenders, and investors on more than $250 million in commercial real estate opportunities, including multifamily, development, retail, and value-add projects.
Outside of real estate, Sonny hosts The Sonny Chung Podcast, featuring conversations with real estate operators, capital partners, and entrepreneurs focused on business, investing, and long-term growth.
